The Flash Sale was closed once we received the awaited 1.1M ADA, but ADAs continued to flood in due to the transaction time. Only a few minutes were necessary to exceed the initial expectation.

Overwhelming demand
We are stunned by the demand for CLAP!
Unfortunately, we are aware that the downtime of several Cardano wallets or the congestion of the network has prevented some of our community members from investing in the Flash Sale.
We know you were all set and ready for the Flash sale and are extremely frustrated about the situation. We very much understand your frustrations and are trying our best to create a hassle-free experience during the Public Sale. Third parties are also trying their best to resolve existing issues.
For example: ccvault.io tweeted earlier this evening that they have 2,500 transactions pending in their mempool.

We’ve heard you
We received a lot of feedback and suggestions from our community. We read every message, DM and emails.
- KYC registration will open again for 36 hours
A lot of members were not able to register for our ICO and got frustrated. However, we want to be as inclusive as we can, so we will give them the opportunity to check in before the Public Sale! The KYC registrations will reopen:
Start: Friday, January, 28th at 11:00 AM UTC (12h00 CET, UTC+1)
Close: Saturday, January, 29th at 11:00 PM UTC (00h00 CET, UTC+1)
IMPORTANT: If you have already submitted your KYC for the Flash Sale, no need to do it again.
- We will strengthen the community-run governance: we allow smaller wallets and limit whales’ power in the project
One of our main objectives is to create an impact-oriented community, regardless of the size of their wallet.
To meet this goal, we are going to modify the minimum and maximum contributions:
Minimum: 100 ADA instead of 200 ADA
Maximum: 25K ADA instead of 50K ADA
This will allow every member of the community interested in the project to join and develop it with us.
- Public Sale will be shortened to 24 hours instead of 4 days initially
As a matter of fact, we had to shorten the Public Sale timeframe to meet the initial ICO deadline (especially to deliver CLAP Tokens as soon as possible).
Public Sale new schedule:
Start: Sunday, January 30th at 11:00 AM UTC (noon CET, UTC+1)
Close: Monday, January 31st at 11:00 AM UTC (noon CET, UTC+1)
As for the Flash Sale, keep in mind that the funds will be processed in chronological order. The rule will be first in, first served.
Regarding the CLAP tokens
CLAP tokens will be delivered very shortly, no later than two weeks.
Flash Sale participants will receive a notification by email on Friday, January 28th confirming whether or not they were eligible for the Flash Sale.
There are two scenarios:
- Your investment was received before the Flash (1.1M ADA) was sold out: You are eligible for the Flash Sale
- Your investment was received after the Flash was sold out: Your allocation is automatically secured for the Public Sale. No further action is required on your side, unless you want to get more CLAP tokens!
Should you prefer not to participate in the Public Sale, a refund procedure will be provided in your mailbox.
