The Investor Journey

As announced previously our ICO is coming very soon, on January 27th precisely for the Flash Sale and on January 30th for the Public Sale. Please find below the process you need to know to invest securely during the ICO (flash or public sale).

Three Prerequisites

Buy ADA

When? As soon as possible!

Having a minimum of 100 ADA is mandatory to invest in our project. You can buy ADA native tokens from wherever you want. Please note that wrapped tokens (ADA ERC20 for instance) won’t be allowed. Make sure you have Cardano Native Tokens $ADA.

Create a safe place to store your tokens

You will need an ADA wallet to receive your funds securely. To receive CLAP tokens, only wallets that can host Cardano Native Tokens can be used. Main ones are Yoroi, Nami, Gero, Adalite, and Daedalus.

Please note that:

Metamask or other wallets that can host only Wrapped Cardano Tokens could not receive CLAP tokens
Wallet on Exchanges (Binance, etc) can’t be used

Fill out the KYC process

When? Reopening from Friday, January 28th 2022 at 11am UTC to Saturday, January 29th 2022 at 11pm UTC

IMPORTANT: If you have already submitted your KYC for the Flash Sale, no need to do it again.

Warning: do not miss it — if you don’t register during this period, you won’t be able to participate in the flash sale or the public sale

During this step, you will be asked for a Wallet address, supporting ADA native-tokens

This address is essential and you won’t be allowed to change it after. Once you have invested in the flash sale or the public sale, you will receive your CLAP tokens at this address, so make sure it’s the good one and that it can receive Cardano Native Tokens.

Now you can participate in the ICO itself.

For the flash or the public sale, the process and the rules will be the same.

Flash sale:

From Jan 27, 2022 at 18:08 CET (5:08 UTC) to Jan 28, 2022 at 18:08 CET (5:08 UTC)
Duration: 24 hours maximum
Volume to be sold: 40million CLAP (approx 1 111 111 ADA raised)

Public sale (UPDATED on Jan 28th):

From Jan 30th, 2022 at 12:00 CET (11:00 UTC) to Jan 31st, 2022 at 12:00 CET (11:00 UTC)
Duration: 24 days maximum
Volume to be sold: 160million CLAP (approx 5 333 333 ADA)

A quick reminder on the conditions of participation (Updated!) :

The minimum contribution is 100 ADA
The maximum contribution is 25k ADA

Beware of scammers — do not send your ADA on another platform

1. Basic Information

First, you will have to fill in your basic information exactly as you did during the KYC process.

So First Name, Last Name, and email address should be the same you used before.

2. Send your ADA against CLAP

If you are well registered with the KYC process, a Wallet address will appear.

Example of a sending funds page with someone who invested 300 ADA.

Copy the address provided (this address is generated specifically for you, all the funds sent to this address will be recognized as yours)
Go where your ADA are (on your own wallet or on an exchange) and send the funds to this address
You will receive a confirmation email and you will be able to see your investment added in the progress bar.
You will receive your CLAP tokens very shortly, no later than 2 weeks after the ICO on the wallet address given during the KYC.

Please pay attention to caps and transaction fees:

For the Flash Sale

Minimum contribution is 200 ADA: be cautious — all the funds below that threshold won’t be refunded
Maximum contribution is 50,000 ADA: all funds above that threshold will be automatically moved to the Public Sale

For the Public Sale

Minimum contribution is 100 ADA: be cautious— all the funds below that threshold won’t be refunded
Maximum contribution is 25,000 ADA: all funds above that threshold will be refunded
